Our Process
From drop-off to pick-up, we handle your suspension with care and precision.
Service Form
The first step is to fill out our service form. This can be done by the bike shop, but we recommend completing it beforehand so we can ensure we have all necessary parts ready for your service.
Drop Off/Mail In
The next step is to drop off your suspension at one of our partner bike shops or mail it to our P.O. box. From there, suspension is picked up from shops/post office once per week.
Expedited orders are picked up within 24 hours of drop-off and returned within two business days of pickup.
Once your suspension has been picked up, it will be professionally serviced and returned the following week to the same bike shop where it was dropped off. Mail-in orders will be shipped back to the provided return address.
For shop drop-off orders, payment will be handled through the bike shop. For mail-in orders, an invoice will be sent to your email. when payment is received the item will be shipped back.
